Loran Witteveen is a realtor, loan officer and pianist in Los Angeles who brings an artist’s creative eye and fresh perspective to the real estate scene. He is highly devoted to serving his clients' needs and works diligently to help them achieve their real estate goals by utilizing market data, strong negotiation skills, and diligent communication. Loran's approach to real estate is both practical and passionate as he deeply values his relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals.
Originally from Amsterdam, Loran has worked for 10+ years as a professional musician and was professor of piano at the University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He has won numerous prizes and awards and has studied classical and jazz piano at the University of Amsterdam and with private teachers in NYC.
His experience interpreting complex musical structures affords him a unique and relevant skill set for the remarkably similar real estate and mortgage loan process. “Just like playing complex piano works; doing Real Estate and Mortgages is all about getting the details right. That means understanding the client’s needs and hopes, that the client knows their options and that we work together efficiently to achieve the transaction they expect when choosing a top agent."
Besides working in Real Estate and Mortgages Loran is still actively giving concerts, serves as cultural advisor and board member of the Netherlands-America Foundation and is working with Jazz Hands for Autism; a non profit working with talented musicians on the autism spectrum.
